Best method to measure viability of spheroids in Incucyte?

Does anybody have experience with quantifying viability and/or cell death of (breast) cancer spheroids using the Incucyte Zoom system?

I do not know that system, but for cell viability in spheroids usually we use Live/Dead cell staining kit (fluorescent dyes). You may replace it by calcein AM + DRAQ7 to identify how may live and dead cells you have in your spheroids.
