I am looking at running several large (200 L) tanks with swarms of invertebrate zooplankton in them (~ 200 individuals each) for ocean acidification experiments. Due to the nature of the tanks the cameras can't see through the walls and will need to be mounted inside the tank, and thus need to be waterproof. Ideally I want a camera that has high resolution video (1080 p minimum) and is able to film at 60 fps or higher but is also capable of IR filming as the species I am studying has different behaviours during the night and day. The cameras will likely be mounted underwater for 24 hrs at a time so also need a long battery life and ample storage or be able to transmit the data to a computer via wifi/bluetooth or similar.

Can anyone recommend a camera that fits this description?
