Dear Nikolaos Matthaiakakis I´m using Lumerical with good results and COMSOL multiphysics also have a package. Some people use Matlab, mainly building their own codes.

Thank you for the reply. Currently I am looking for completely free simulation tools so sadly Lumerical, Comsol, and matlab, even though really great, are not options for me.

Hi Nikolaos Matthaiakakis , I used a trial version of Lumerical and it worked fine. it was a 30 days trial. Now during the lockdown they offered a extended period of time. I used Comsol at the university, you can ask the librarian or check the catalogue of your university may be you´re lucky. They sell packages for each thing and may be if they have a copy, the package you need it is not included (that was my case). I also gave a trial to Meep and it really works well. I don´t known the MNPBEM, but it could be worth have a look.

COMSOL, Lumerical and CST are not FREE software. Thus, do not answer the question. Unfortunately, I cannot suggest something new either, as I would go with what you know already, which is Meep, if the aforementioned are not available.

Nanoantenna is a nanophotonics device. In this regards, you can use MMANA solver for wire antennas that is free simulation software.
