I have asked my students to indicate their preferences on 5-scale Likert in a questionnaire adapted from SERVPERF about teaching on this course. In this teaching I have introduced music, humor, activities and group dynamics. Besides Factor Analysis, which other analysis can be applied to the SERVPERF survey? Can you help me? If the analysis is to reduce the items or indicators in factor to explain better the success of methodology you can use as alternative the optimal scaling analysis always when the data show that the mayor part of response are accumulated in a less response than 5
