Batch Preprocessing of MOD04 product?

I have to do batch processing for MOD04 product. so I can do further analysis in ArcGIS. I have tried using extract subdataset option but my pixel size is changed even after projecting the raster.

In MCTK tool, I'm getting the correct output but it is very time-consuming. can anyone provide me the batch method to process?
