I am taking in case of mice. and i want them to mobilze it so for the simplest reason that i think it would be more convenient and my mice will live longer. besides it would be nice to see the population of memory cells after every infection(may be from the same parasite or the other).

You want to analyze memory B cells in the peripheral blood by flow cytometry? I think they are activated anyway after (re-)infection. Memory B and plasma cells can circulate or migrate between lymphoid compartments during an ongoing humoral response.
just do spleenectomy to get the spleen and keep that mouse still alive...then do such autologous (or do it with syngenic mice) cell transfer on ur preference sites? but it lil' bit difficult and u should re-consider several effects anyway.....btw, what did u mean by 'mobilize' that memory cells? is that like doin such chemotaxis or what?
