I would like to know about the inhibition of autophagy by wortmannin:
i) For how long should cells be incubated with wortmannin and for how long does it inhibits autophagy?
ii) Is Beclin-1 siRNa superior to wortmannin with respect to the duration of autophagy inhibition?
iii) Toxicity of wortmannin vs Beclin-1
