If you have published in web of science database (SCI+SCIE etc.), please click the following link. Type the exact name of the journal. The journal will appear in the results. Click on the journal name. It will show lot of graphs for the journal performance. Look for the graph "external cites per document cites per document". This will show year wise impact factor. Click on the + sign at the top right corner. It will show the numerical values of the cites per documents. This is impact factor. I have attached an analysis for Materials and Design, Elsevier.
