At what point does a theoretical framework come into literature review? Are they supposed to be different independent topics in research, or can a theoretical framework come early in literature review to avoid lots of repetitions?
I definitely think a theoretical perspective is part of a literature review. It depends on what kind of review it is as to when it appears. It is customary (though not necessary) when reviewing a single work to first summarize the contents and then evaluate. For an anthology of articles, it depends on their theoretical focus. If they all share one (as in my 2020 Review of Reading Beyond the Code: Literature and Relevance Theory. Ed. By Terence Cave and Dierdre Wilson. The Modern Language Review 115.3), it can come early. If the articles differ, then it could come later. In a general literature review, it would depend on the way it is presented.
How I understand this and apply it is that it happens the other way around. A theoretical framework is informed by the literature review. You formulated your research problem out of the knowledge you have of the topic, then undertook a literature review. During this process, you see gaps in the explanations of your topic or certain phenomena related to it and this then helps you to develop your rationale for addressing the research problem. You present your theory (which fills in the gaps or makes viable connections) and then build the case for researching and investigating it.
The theoretical framework is constructed from the formulation of a question which focuses on a body of critical research while keeping in mind the concrete perspective of a particular topic.
It is interesting to see your emphasis on the theoretical as a framework for literature review that then points toward the hypothesis and supporting evidence: " الكانب النظري يدخل فيما يحتاحه الموضوع من ادبيات اساسية تجيب عن الاسءلة الملحة في موضوع البحث " ("The theoretical can contribute to what the topic contains of basic literature that responds to the pressing questions in the subject of the research," my explication and my translation)
