I am writing to address a classification issue concerning one of my articles on ResearchGate.

The following article is currently labeled as a preprint, although it has been formally published and has a valid DOI:

In addition, a separate preprint version of this article is also listed on ResearchGate:

I have attempted to remove "both" "preprints" and re-upload the published article (including the correct DOI), but the system continues to classify it as a preprint alongside the official preprint version.

I also contacted ResearchGate support for assistance but have not yet received a response. In the meantime, does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
