Look at the graph of the dynamics of the Black Sea level in Odessa. Attached is the "level_seismic" graph, sea level changes are shown with a green line (the scale is relative). On July 14, the sea level dropped by 20 cm. According to satellite altimetry data, the sea level in the Odessa Bay was stable during this period. This happens if the sea level observation point rises by 20 cm. The purple line on the graph shows the dynamics of the daily number of earthquakes with a magnitude of more than 5. On July 14, the rise of the coast relative to sea level coincided with the activation of global seismicity. This situation recurred 14 days later. The red line shows the dynamics of zonal tides in the solid body of the earth (period of 14 days).

In our monograph "Geodynamics. Fundamentals of Dynamic Geodesy" the geodynamic conditions of the moment of destruction of the basin in Moscow are considered (photo attached). There were many fatalities, and we were on the team of experts investigating the causes of the collapse and submitted a wide range of analyzes and conclusions for consideration. Among them was this one - at the time of the collapse in Moscow and Odessa (the distance to Moscow is 1200 km), the coast rose 24 cm above sea level. On the day of the disaster in Moscow, in Odessa, the number of gas pipeline ruptures increased by 300%.
