How can I open .vws Till Photonic file in Python?

Has anyone worked with .vws Till Photonic image files in python? Are there libraries or other ways to extract TIFF images from them directly in the script?

Does anyone know about an ELISA kit that would measure small amounts of human urocortin 2 (UCN2) in serum/plasma?
