As a good teacher, how do manage students with short attention span because you have to give special care and attention to all your students if they are to make any progress in the school system.
The method used will depend on the age of the student and his educatoinal level. Besides, attention deficit is less prevalent in higher level cases. When it is still present is manifested by words missing, poor routine habits and poor written communication skills. But it will also depende on the level of the problem and how often it can be noticed.

This is a good question. I take opportunity to share this with my RG colleagues.
It is a fact that the time available to nurture the students is very less and number of students to be nurtured are many.
From the beginning I have made a system that the group of the students who are weak, less interested, irregular are normally in my radar.
During my lecture, I ensure that this group of students understand the content of my lecture, node their faces and repeat the content if required.
Similarly while checking the assignment, I am more careful to see the performance of this group of students.
This is because other students must have understood when this group of students have followed.
I ensure smiling face when deal with them and such special care attach my students to me and they are always found ready to attend extra classes whenever required
