I've been here a couple of years, and I think I can see a recent increase in questions asked that are more and more precise - even suspiciously so.
While it is good for the purpose in providing the best possible answer, I have personally also been sent messages that are, seemingly, too long and detailed to NOT be messages of the phishing type - perhaps from a PhD student that gets too little advise, or from someone who simply wants to take a shortcut.
Has anyone else here also received such messages, and is there a way to deal with them that won't disturb the system as a whole?
