Can you also publish the proceedings of a conference? I mean a volume dedicated to and containing the papers submitted to a conference. Some colleagues in Romania are organizing a conference on education and related subjects and they recently told me that it will cost them 4000 euros to publish the volume. I don't know the conditions because I don't live there but would like to help them. I know that some of the participants and authors are prestigious scholars in their field.

We can publish a special number, but we need to get original papers from the authors. All is without fees. We need a invited editor for the number, information about the papers and authors, we revise the works and if all is ok we send to the reviewers.
