Does anyone have any experience in transformation of EcN (E. coli Nissle 1917), I have been trying different protocols: heat shock, electroporation and conjugation and until now, not a single colony obtained...

I would be particularly interested in conjugation because we're trying to deliver a suicide plasmid for a knock-in experiment...
