I'm trying to give an answer to some referees for my paper.
They asked me to replicate some experiments on another human bronchial epithelial cell line (I used BEAS-2B).
I tried to keep in culture NuLi cells but with poor results.
Have you ever used these kind of cells? Or do you know anyone working with it?
Maybe we can have a match and talk about that!

16HBE cells are HUMAN BRONCHIAL EPITHELIAL CELLS. You may get them from ATCC. They are easy to grow and keep in culture.
A549 cells are a hypotriploid human cell line with the modal chromosome number of 66. Even though we used them for our experiments, they respond to our stimuli in a very different way compared to BEAS-2B cells. Moreover, BEAS-2B cells do not need any kind of coating, they're easy to grow.
