Thanks Mike. Great work. I am not familiar with etirinotecan,pegol, but have had success with other PEG modified Chemotherapy Agents. The parent drug irinotecan was just too toxic to use properly in our rat Cancer Research Projects, so I am looking forward to trying your NKTR-102.
