I discover now two my papers, which are more then 30 years old and which are describing something, what was done in years 1985 - 1986

Thanks to ISPRS, that scanned their papers from period before digital publishing these papers described technology and also their implementation on large scale experiment in all Jeseniky mountains. This could now look a little naïve, but please take into consideration, that this was done on computers, which were more then >1000 less powerful, then are current smartphones. Seems, that now we are only using power of computers without thinking about optimization of algorithms and methods.

There is also large cost for operating systems, software tools etc. Could be, that sometimes, we can look to the past to make now some technology more effective.

It can also lead to move more computing towards edge computing, if we will be more effective.
