Brother I think you should perform phylogenetic analysis by comparing 16S rRNA sequence to make sure either it is Xanthomonas axonopodis or not.
Hi: You can judged from the color, if you want to pre conform it you should do the pathogenicity test on the same host that you isolate this bacteria first time.
If you got the same symptoms that will give you an idea whit is it.
