Yes as said by others these journals are indexed in Scopus since 2018.

The publisher behind this journal is “Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication” and is mentioned in Beall’s list as a (potential) predatory publisher:

Although this list is certainly not flawless (and the degree to which this list is updated is unclear) there are some red flags:

-They are very unclear about the costs (mentioning almost everywhere it is for free and on another place mentioning that the publishing house asks for an APC)

-The APC (normally known as article processing charge) is here called Annual Process Charge… No publishing fee from the journal but indirect a fee through the publishing house is a strange construction to say the least

-As far as I can judge a false claim to be related to DOAJ and DOI/CrossRef in anyway (papers have no assigned DOI)

However the positive signs are:

-Three of their journals indexed in Scopus is a good sign (update: discontinued)

-A quick look at some papers seems to indicate that since 2018 newly published papers are “indexed” and searchable in google scholar provided by their own website (with a delay though)

-An UGC approval for mentioned journals (and I've been told they are on the new UGC-Care list)

So in conclusion it is hard to say. Predatory? I think not but this publisher have to make steps (still). They need to get a DOAJ membership, arrange proper assignment of DOI to each paper, a proper archive and fee waiver policy and so on. Their Scopus indexing is a good step forward.

Update: Their journals are discontinued from Scopus. The main reason seems to be to unrealistic increase in number of papers published. This strongly seems to indicate that those behind this operation wanted to 'cash' regardless quality control and normal scientific standards: smells like predatory...

Update 28-3-2020: I guess I have to express my disappointment about the meaning of the (initial) inclusion of a journal in Scopus. This whole discussion demonstrates the ease by which Scopus can decide to discontinue a journal, see enclosed file (and so many researchers disappointed to say the least). This should be a call for way more strict inclusion criteria at the beginning.

Alternatively, open the Scopus website and do a document search by using the title of any of the published articles in these journals. If search result states that no document is found, they are not indexed.

Yes, all three ( IJEAT, IJRTE, and IJITEE?) are indexed in Scopus. Recently i published a paper in IJEAT and is indexed. It will take at least one to two months to be indexed in Scopus. You can check by their ISNN no in Scopus search.

TIZA MICHAEL TORYILA Nor Azman Ismail i had a talk with scopus and my colleague too did, scopus clearly told us that all these three journals are scopus indexed and also the journals are free but their publication house takes publishing fee after the manuscript is being accepted. Please note that 2018 listed journals in the scopus search has to be updated soon by june as per scopus. i did full enquiry only after then i am writing here. Goodluck to all my fellow researchers. Preethi Sebastian Amar Jukuntla IJITEE is scopus indexed , i had mentioned before too that i had a direct talk with Scopus people too and they have verified. You can visit the scopus website and check the journal and since last year only it got indexed by scopus and this may only scopus updated their data so SJR would be visible with their coming volumes. My paper has been accepted for IJEAT. Now they have asked me to send 8000 rs as registration. Is it Scopus indexed or fake?

Yes, IJITEE, IJRTE and IJEAR are Scopus Indexed.

I understand that all of them are indexed, however, they are not classified in the evaluation quartiles (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4), so if they are not classified they are not visible in a ranking and thus lose their importance even when indexed.

@ Eduardo Alberto, thanks for your answer. Most likely their not being classified before now might be because they have just being indexed and the process of their classification could be ongoing.

Hi Ojonimi, yes, that's what must be happening, we must wait, even though by the messages that answered me from scopus they simply said they were indexed. On the other hand, you have published in these journals ??... how long are the review times and how high the costs, although the website indicates that you should not pay.

Hi, Eduardo. Yes, my paper was published in IJRTE, but it was a paper I presented in a conference, earlier. The publication processes were completely handled by the conference organizers, thus leaving me with no knowledge of their interactions. Thank you.

on their website , they have written unpaid Journal, But these journals are not free,after accepting paper they will ask to register and pay Rs 8000...

How they can ask to pay because they have written in FAQs that journal is free and does not charge any kind of fee than what is the registration fee of Rs 8000.
