I believe that four principles for genuine spirituality are (1) increasing awareness, (2) increasing freedom, (3) increasing relatedness, and (4) increasing transcendence. Do you agree that any or all of these are good criteria? Do you have any principles you would like to add to the list?
Principles 1, 3, & 4 make sense and seem intuitively logical. Can you explain what you mean by principle 2?

I think there are much more criteria in this regard, how about increasing piety, humility, obedience and devoutness?
or perhaps other criteria such as beneficence, charity, philanthropy and kindness, etc.
I affirm your list, and would like to add increased love in action.
For your focus these can be affirmed. Peace/shalom and balance are important. Spirituality requires a level of letting go of worldly stresses and finding balance in the holy. Finding spiritual peace strengthens spirituality.
