I know many websites have simple tools like transcription and translation available, but are there any analysis tools that researchers need that either do not exist or are not publicly available? It could be anything from algorithms to visuals. Thanks!
In relation to your earlier post and the post related to pepticloud, do you see any problem with this question?
what you are asking is, if that something which is not existent and not publicly available, how the users going to know what is missing? And how are you in that case going to fix it? The algorithms are different and making visualization is something very different. If you are a developer, you should be giving the users new tools and after that ask for feedback.
Thus, in my personal opinion, this question is not relevant.

My belief is that researchers would know tools that are missing based on the fact that they would run into such problem often during their research. If there is some manual analysis task that researchers can automate, I believe that PeptiCloud can be the perfect platform to develop and make those tools publicly available.
