HI, if its just for purification of DNA from PCR product, I would recommend to use microCLEAN - PCR purification kit. Its a quick way of purifying the PCR products. U can purify the products in 15 min and the yield is also high compared to columns.

Note: Multiple bands will cause problems in purification and sequencing steps.

If you are using for purification purpose it wont be a good way to use this product. It will also extract the small fragments, although I dint had any problem sequencing PCR product after cleanup. I have no clue what will be in you tube though.
