I’ve been looking at antibody like Ig’s, receptors that bind to transferrin, insulin, and LDL:LDLR but their main problem, excluding some immunoglobulins, is that they’re competitive agonists.

For Tf, there’s melanotransferrin, but this will include having to PEGylate a proteoliposome I’m planning to create to express the melanotransferrin.

Are there any other ligands I could use to reversibly bind to these receptors that shuttle it across the BBB and then to glioblastomas?

I also have two types of proteins that target cancer or apoptotic cells embedded in the proteoliposome I’m creating too.
