You could probably use a non-hydrolyzable ATP analog, such as AMP-PNP, AMP-PCP, or ATP-gamma-S. The required concentration will undoubtedly be quite high (mM).

thank you Adam B Shapiro Do you have an idea how those analogs inhibit as in the mechanism?

They compete with ATP, but are not hydrolyzed to ADP.
