Are there any methods for genotyping two alleles, together?

I am investigating the genotypes of embryos from heterozygous incrosses for a double mutation. Usually, I conduct PCR and KASP for the mutation of each allele respectively. Is there a method through which I could combine the two so that I can detect the mutations from both alleles, conducting one experiment?
