These are commonly used "specific" blockers of small conductance KCa (KCa2.1-2.3; SKCa; SK1-3), intermediate conductance KCa (KCa3.1; IKCa; IK1) and large conductance KCa (KCa1.1, BKCa, BK1) channels, respectively. However, do these highly regarded agents have any known non specific effects at typically used concentrations?

I have seen one report that TRAM-34 may block some types of TRP channel at concentrations used experimentally otherwise OK. Apamin is not so selective at higher concentrations ( micro M) but is selective as far as I know at the 50 nM concentration it is used at.
