This structure seems to be of an aquatic insect since it observes some gills and a siphon so it can not d of the deer flie if you have more information of the presentation o contextualize the habitat could be of more help

I have just performed an image search through Google and there were no matches for the image you sent. However, if you perform a Google image search for "drawing deerfly mouthparts" you will be able to find several other images that do have atributions. This may be a more effective solution to your question.

actually sir this image is not present on internet. someone have either edited it through software or change its dimensions as google search only made recognizance through perpetuated dimensional analysis of photos
