Hi, I am planning to stain(IF) the apoptotic alveolar epithelial cells in injured lung tissue. Are there any common markers of alveolar type1 or 2 cells, the best will be distinct with airway epithelial cells.

Catalase antibody could be employed to stain type II cells, not common for type I and II cells.
I use the Volterra filter to predict the time series, however, the code is based on matlab and it runs slowly. Who can sent me the python version or C(C++) version program about the Volterra filter ?
