Specifications: made up of quartz crystal or any PZT single crystal material, freq - in between 5-10 MHz, Diameter- 5-10 mm, operating T ~ 2-400 K, cylindrical in shape, contact surface will be flat and circular, sustainable in high magnetic field (14 T) and couplant is also required with it.

I do not know but you can design it yourself and try to invent it! and for more information try to find such a ultrasonic probe on sites like alibaba.com maybe you can find some similar samples ;-)
When I worked at Japanese company, I developed naphthenic hydrocarbon couplant oils without water. They have good transmissibility for shear and longitudinal ultrasonic waves between 77 and 673 K. Please see my papers (Fukuhara & Tsubouchi, Chem.Phys.Lett., 371 (2003) 184-188, Acous. Lett., 24,128 (2001) 252-255, Fukuhara,Yagi & Matsuo, Phys. Rev., 65 (2002) 224210, Fukuhara, Inoue & Nishiyama, Appl.Phys.Lett., 89(2006)101903, and etc.) They called "Tungsonic Oil TM" of Toshiba Tungaloy Ltd. But when I moved from Toshiba Tungaloy to Tohoku University, commertial rights of them were transfered to GENES Ltd. Whe I measured longitudinal and shear wave velocities, four elastic parameters, Debye Temperature, longitudinal and shear internal frictions at low and high temperature regions, I devised to keep room temperature for transducers.
