GaN technology is still relatively young. Thus, I still expect that It can still be a hot topic to clarify the failure mechanisms, and build reliability (accelerated testing) models per failure mechanisms. Especially for the RF Power (or HV Power) devices and technologies.

So far, I have seen publications (incl. white paper) from Padova university. Any other literatures around?
