Please, I would like to know, are the kits for cDNA synthesis from plant RNAs special or there can be used also usual kits for human cDNA synthesis? Thank you in advance for the answers.

Hi Anahit

If your RNA is clean then you can go for the same cDNA kit but must be removed DNA completely before going for the cDNA synthesis.
