Cadmium is anyway poisonous to human body. But, it also depends on the type of component, duration of exposure and area of exposure to such compounds. If I have not mistaken, it is not poisonous until the lubrication work is performed manually and without any protective measure. I may appropriately tell you if you elaborate your question with particulars like machine run time and differential human exposure information, i.e, information about manual material handling, use of protection, exposure duration etc.
