if this is a project which you intend to do, then YOU must construct your proposal for your intended audience (whom I assume will be the gatekeepers who might provide the resources needed to carry out this project); no one can do it for you.

Proposals are not written for, and such a call or act is tantamount to serious academic theft and dishonesty. You should rather learn the process of writing a proposal, like a manuscript, from colleagues and scholars who will be able to provide some tuition and guidance. You should write your own proposal. I would, therefore, advise that you delete this question altogether.

Hello Kwadwo, I am not sure you really meant this questions. Proposals are not supposed to be written for, unless maybe you need one to use as a guide to write yours. Please make your question clear.
