This means that they only work in the ombrella of a Newtonian framework each abiding the other towards validity and one never is valid without the acceptance of the importance and role of the other in the Common theoretical framework.
What reperussions does this have if its true i.e lowering the weight of each concept and increasing the status of competitive theorizations i.e Einsteinian spacetime with free geodesic motion ?
