I am working on a project.My objective is to convert a gasoline engine into e100.The gaskets inside the engine are made of ferolite?How much time can ferolite gasket last in ethanol and is it safe to use ferolite gaskets when dealing with ethanol?What are the materials i need to change to convert a gasoline vehicle into e100 so that ethanol does not react and name the materials that are alternatives of the materials that i have to change?

Use engineering judgement. Remi Cornwall's advice would also mean long term testing runs. The approach can be as follows, for example:
Does the vehicle manufacturer also sell the vehicle in Brazil or other countries with at least e85 fuels? For these countries: What are the designated spare or exchange parts the vehicle manufacturer names in the (online) parts catalogue for its dealership?
If you cannot obtain such information: Contact a gasket manufacturer (either the one that directly delivers to said vehicle manufacturer, or any other) to give them your e100 specs. Depending on the fuel standard you apply in your country, you may get recommended gaskets.
But keep in mind: e100 also dissolves other rubber/elastomer parts such as fuel hoses. A complete refit would exchange all of these parts.
In my experience, you also have to exchange the fuel filters in shorter intervals. e100 may also affect the amount of lubricants entering the engine, especially during the aging of the system. So you may have some more loss of engine oil compared with the pre-e100 status.
