I am looking for the possible causes of delayed exfoliation of primary teeth and eruption of permanent teeth in a healthy, well build 14 years old boy, with the presence of their succedaneum in OPG. Some of them having 2\3 of their roots completed.

Furthermore; the erupted permanent teeth had never show any abnormality in number and\or shape with normal bone trabecule.
