Dear Colleagues, can you recommend a good protocol for extracting sRNA's from Arabidopsis? The aim is to perform northern blot analysis in two types of tissues.

Ive noticed that in some protocols the procedure enables direct isolation of sRNA's instead of first extracting total RNA. Does anyone have thoughts about this?
