As many young doctors widely use the English root of the word in an Arabic style, to produce Arabian English, in this way they use the word (imdayed) in stead of saying he is dead, and thay said ( imsatble) in stead of saying he gots stable.
Could this developed as a new medical language in Arabian countries?

This is a very interesting linguistic phenomenon, that I would classify as 'hybrid' . It may fall under code switching studies (but in a inter-lexical level). It can be developed into a vernacular language used among medical staff in Arabian countries, used mainly in the everyday context. I wonder if they also use this hybrid vernacular when talking to patients as well.

It's use is limited to doctors, it's used as a coded terms so the one who knows English can't recognize what did they mean...
Do you expect that this will be a local medical language? and how much time the language needs to be established?

This actually used in Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, and some Arabian peninsula countries even out of medical society.
In Egypt they use (metnervis) which means get nervous...

In Iraq you can recognize the one from his speech, for example Tikrit the center of the government Salahaddin, the Tikritian has a distinctive language, 20 km to the east Al- Alam area, 40, km to the south Samarra they both talk in a different way...
this is an example from a very limited area in one country from the arab nation.

The language used in colleges of Medicine is a mixture of English and Arabic although it is sulposed to be purely in English. It is used for teaching purposes and for communication among doctors in hospitals. We can say it is a special jargon used for communication by doctors. One of my postgraduate students of English wrote his MA thesis about" Teacher- student code- switching in the colleges of Medicine".

My question built on that all nations come from the first man and woman... so why they dont keep the native language of their first parents. As well all nations started as a small groups, that grow over time, so why this hybrid medical language not grow?

20 years ago this was absolutely forbidden by the professors to be used in medical society.

One day I discussed the matter of language with my wife when we used to use the terms that have been created by the wrong saying of our kid at his early life, we developed our own terms that no one knows them just our family, I imagine that this the way in which languages developed.

Honestly speaking it could be. Many Colonised African countries have their own different version of english as medium of communication and also the Official English as an official language.
We always used this phenomenon in changing pronunciation of words, for example, on 10th of September 2018, I have to conduct seminar on' moulage in clinical simulation' it was graded. Moulage is a french word and its pronunciation is 'moaze' or moaaze; but I informed the audience that I will go with my pronunciation as moulaje; so many words, we use in day to day language are according to our own built pronunciation.
We have British and American English. Arabic English could also be possible. If it would improve communication, then it will just be fine.
A good observation respected Azzawi Hadi, as this phenomenon is already happening every where; who are non natives English speakers.
