Appropriate dosage of carrageenan for inducing inflammation in zebrafish?

I need to induce inflammation in zebrafish with carrageenan. Research papers suggesting for 1.5% of carrageenan, but I found it ineffective to induce any inflammation in them. Please suggest me an appropriate dosage.
