Dear Ms. Dobricic and Milica Dobričić, Mladen Šljivović , Milena Cvetković

I have read your article

1- In page 3 you say “In recent years, an increasing number of authors believe that SWOT analysis should be combined with another MCDM”

I agree in a 100% with this statement, SWOT only gives a set of strategies from which the DM must select the best one, and this is done using MCDM.

2- In page 4 you speak of consistency of solutions and how to measure it. This is a characteristic of AHP, however, what it measures is the consistency of the DM preferences, which may not apply to the real world. There is no axiom or theorem that allows the transference of a person (the DM) weights of importance to the real world, and, in addition, the real-world is normally not transitive.

3 – Everybody knows what SWOT means, but probably a few know what TWOS indicates. Both acronyms refer to the same factors Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat, so it is only an alteration is the letter ordering, however, both are different procedures. I believe you should explain the difference in the article.

You are using first SWOT and followed by TOWS, which is correct. However, I believe that the article must me more explicit in explaining the purposes of each one. I got the impression that the reader may finish reading the whole article without understanding why you use these different procedures, and what is the function of each one.

I found the article very well written and addressing a subject not very often seen in MCDM literature.

I hope these comments may help you.
