I believe that it could be a valuable teaching tool, if someone in RG proposes a complex scenario, including as many as posible actual factors, many alternatives and criteria, Cycle of Life values, risks, environmental, social, economic, financng and human issues, quantitative and qualitative criteria, restrictions on resources, statistics, etc.

That is, trying to replicate how a scenario in real life demands, and not a text book example which in general hardly considers even a small percentage of all intervening components.

The example must try to replicate  reality as much as posible, SOMETHING THAT AT PRESENT TIME IS ABSENT. We must not look of a special MCDM method but how to formúlate a problem.

It would be no need to include values. The main objective is to analyze how to model this scenario, in such a way to see if one of the existing MCDM methods  or a new one  can solve it and how.

Solutions are open to anybody, as well as discussions. However, the model must reflect a rational and realiable points of view and without vagueness.

The example is not intended to be a lecture because there will be no lecturer, but a joint effort to treat a complex scenario taking advantage of the wealth of expertise of so many people in RG. This experience must be capitalized and I believe that this is a way.

I hope that this proposal interests many reaesearchers as well as Ph.D candidates and practitioners.
