What are the application of metal oxide material that exhibit coexistence of ferromagnetism and paramagnetism
The question is incomplete. Ferro and Paramagnetism at the same temperature?
How it can be possible? How you could measure that?
Maybe you are having superparamagnetic nature ! or weak ferromagnetic nature !
Magnetic measurements are performed at room temperature using SQUID- VSM analysis.sample ( Mn doped ZnO/CuO/ Mn doped ZnO layer thin film) exhibit paramagnetic nature but at higher field it shows week ferromagnetism .
Well, it's a transition. you can try ferroelectric applications or conductivity-related applications
If you can provide the MH, and MT data/graph, it will be easy to answer in detail.

It seems to be normal paramagnetic-like. Can you provide this, in emu/gm instead of emu/cc?
However, where you observed weak ferromagnetism?
Could you explain that, please?
However, it is very needed to have temperature variation to confirm its magnetic nature.
Please collect FC ZFC MT data for better study.
