Since vaccination against Dengue has become crowded field (please see attachment), what are other therapeutic modalities in various stages of discovery and development by biotech/pharma companies? As of Oct. 2016, Sanofi vaccine has been approved in 11 countries. What could be the "unmet medical need" for targeted therapy against key hot spots within its 11 kb ssRNA genome? Any specific therapies from small molecule (chemical), biologics, RNAi, antibodies, medicinal plants etc. for targeting "key ring leader genes" within its genome? Which diagnostic kits are freely available at a reasonable price?
There are infusions and decoctions which can be used which are also used commonly and show amazing results.The Govt of India has a novel approach towards Dengue and also shows great efficacy.These may not be novel drug delivery systems but these are very effective.Please go through the following link.

There is a diagnostic kit that lets you know in the first 7 hours of fever if Dengue for first time or if Dengue for the second time and that could have a potential case of severe Dengue, this test identifies for DENGUE the protein NS1 and positivity for DENGUE IgM and IgG
