We're looking for a marker that we can use that is highly expressed on the surface of 293T cells. I have done a literature search but the search is heavily clogged up by studies that use 293T to artificially overexpress proteins. We need a protein marker that they naturally and constitutively express on the cell surface.
If anyone can point any out to me that would be really appreciated.
