Anyone know how to solve this error in the Aushon 2470?

I recently run on the Aushon 2470 and encountered with the error “Error in the Run configuration, please investigate and try again”, right after hitting the green start buttom. Does any one know what happened to the Aushon 2470? I am willing to pay the expert who can fix this issue for me for the onsite troubleshooting as the company no longer cover the maintenance. Thank you!
