Use a systemic dynamic model ; preferably an SD model .

 Thank you Denis I have an SD model developed in stella already, Interested in  getting it to the next level of 'public use' ..where even someone without SD background can use it as an online tool.

Have a look at Insight Maker, which is a free online tool. There are models from other users you can browse which will give you an idea of what is possible using it.
