I know well MBTI personality tool. If someone has experience applying this tool in activities of Employee Assistance Program, that know some of existing data of various working type or organization such as white collar and blue collar workers?
I do not, but it's a question I have often considered. CP is viewed as the "softer side" of applied psychology, and many colleagues who are Family Psychologists are also CP. Also, many who have Master's degrees in social work or Marriage & Family Counseling appear to go on to PhDs in CP. I believe there's a notable culture that can be identified more precisely.
I am not sure if this helps or not but this book is extremely insightful when it comes to defining work personality types and which ones to place together for the most productivity in the workorce. Hope this helps. http://sourcesofinsight.com/6-personality-and-work-environment-types/
Congrats for choosing this interesting topic. I advise you to differentiate HRD from counselling psychology, as the former specialises more in building human resource competency through management development programmes to achieve organisation goals whereas CP is more psychology specific. All the best
