I found that at ctrm, they trim the composite sheets manually by power tool, I concern about the environment which pollutant the work area. So I have decided to use a laser cut to trim the composite sheets. But then again, I concern whether the heat produced by the laser will effecting the behavior and properties of the composite sheets. This composite sheets used as the fuselage surface for the aircraft.

Have you considered waterjet cutting instead of laser. There is not heat effect to consider with waterjet cutting.
